YUANDA EUROPE'S PROJECT  FIFTY-ONE, ZURICH This private City West project comprises three large residential buildings and a high-rise tower near the track, a commercial building - the so-called Fifty-One - and the western side of the Maaghof. A high-rise tower with exclusive apartments and a hotel: the Mobimo Tower were constructed. Around 16,000 m2 of office space, 800 m2 of retail space and 700 m2 restaurant space have been created at Pfingstweidstraße 51. Number 51 offers space for ca. 1000 employees. Marazzi pushed ahead with the project at its own risk and rented it out to Swiss Telecom before it was completed. YUANDA EUROPE'S PROJECT  ALLMEND, LUZERN Located just to the south of the City of Lucerne in central Switzerland, the development comprises the new stadium for Lucerne Football Club, plus two residential towers and an adjacent sports centre. The football stadium is the new 16,800-capacity home of Lucerne Football Club, which was founded in 1901. The two residential towers (88m & 77m in height) contain 283 high-specification apartments with panoramic views over the city of Lucerne, its lake and the nearby Alps. The sports centre comprises a gym, indoor swimming pools and a fitness centre. Project Scope Triple-glazed highly-insulated unitised curtain wall façades.
